Chris And Jeff Galvin

"We were thrilled with our films. The direction was a combined
effort between Zest and the Galvin team, which made for a
really professional, yet personal, result. The thing that stood
out for us ultimately was the quality of the footage, which is
just amazing. We cannot recommend Zest Films highly enough."

Galvin La Chapelle

For the stunning Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle in Spitalfields, we produced a series of six short films centred around an in-depth interview with Chris Galvin, and time spent with his brother Jeff in the kitchen.

Here Chris shares the story of how a trip to Hermitage gave them the inspiration to name their restaurant La Chapelle.

Margot’s founders Paulo and Nick asked us to produce four short films for their large social media following, highlighting some of the most important things about their restaurant: the importance of hospitality, their food, the wine list,
and their little-known downstairs cocktail bar.

Here we discover how to make one of their signature dishes, the crab ravioli.

Elystan Street

Phil Howard is one of the UK’s most respected chefs, due in large part to his 25 years at The Square, where he held 2 Michelin stars before leaving in 2016. We made a series of short films for his new Michelin-starred restaurant in Chelsea, Elystan Street.

Here is the longest of the films, where he shares the philosophy behind his cooking and the restaurant.
